The Executive Board will have no responsibility except to publicize the potential activity.
By completing and signing this form you agree to have the Board publish your club/gathering information on the Southern Village website and the Executive Board has the right to not publish any club/gathering on the website that it deems inappropriate.
The Homeowners Association, Executive Board, and any of their respective agents and representatives expressly disclaim and deny any liability resulting from the published activity.

Each Owner, delivering this information sheet to the Association, affirms that he/she has been furnished and has read this Information sheet.
